    Organizational Structure

Our Organizational Structure is based on a participatory model with an "Advisory Committee" made up of representatives of donors, partners, sponsors, associates and other stakeholders, with the purpose of guiding CUP with regard to its program and projects. A professionally competent core management staff based in the corporate Head Office at Islamabad, Pakistan provides strategic direction and operational management for the program. We also have a think tank comprising specialists and experts for each of our program thematic focus area.

CUP also has developed an intrinsic capacity to offer one-window management services to development organizations, government agencies, donors, NGOs and the private sector. Thus, we are positioned as a community development resource center with both upstream level policy formulation and downstream grassroots level integrated participatory action planning and implementation systems for development interventions.
