CUP Pakistan has substantial experience in providing project monitoring & assessment/evaluations, conducting research, impact studies end-project evaluations, project exit strategy papers, project completion reports, needs assessments, strategic program planning and monitoring. A few examples that we would like to mention are:

□       Conducted Final Evaluation for International Catholic Migration Council (ICMC) for is Project; "Promotion of Access to Services & Protection to Vulnerable People in Northern Pakistan (15 Nov 2011 to 15 Dec 2011);

□       Conducted the early recovery assessment study for World Vision International (WVI) for its flood response program in KPK, Sind and Punjab (7 Dec 2010 - 15 Jan 2011);

□       Providing Monitoring & Assessment Services to USAID for its flood relief projects in 12 Districts of Balochistan since 29^th Oct 2010 (One-Year Contract).

□       Providing Monitoring & Assessment Services to UN/World Food Program (WFP) for its cooperating partners implemented emergency relief projects in 16 Districts of Balochistan since 15 Sep 2010 (10 Months Contract);

□       6 Research Papers on USAID Funded and CARE International Implemented Jobs Project (Oct 2010 - Jan 2011);

□       End Project Evaluation of Economic Recovery IDP Response Project of WVI in District Buner (22 July 2010 to 31^st Aug 2010);

□       End Project Evaluation of the ARC Funded and PRCS Funded MCH Project in District Mansehra (20 May 2010 to 25 Jun 2010).

□       End Program Evaluation for World Vision International for their completed Kaghan Area Program (District Mansehra) comprising 4 projects on Livelihoods (Agriculture & Livestock), MNCH and Education in Mar 2010;

□       Program Evaluation for World Vision International for their completed Oghi Area Program (District Mansehra) comprising 4 projects on Livelihoods (Sustainable Food Security, Health and Education in Mar 2010;

□       End Project Evaluation for World Vision International for their completed AUSAID funded WASH project for IDPs in District Buner of NWFP (5^th May - 25 Jun 2010).

□       End Project Evaluation for World Vision International for their completed CIDA funded Project; Support and Assistance to IDPs in Lower Dir (5^th May - 25 Jun 2010).

□       Impact Assessment/Review Report for Plan International Reconstruction of Schools Program as well its community based Education Program in the Siran Valley (27 Aug - 23 Sep 2008);

□       Impact Evaluation of the CAFOD-UK/Caritas Pakistan Emergency Response Program and develop a "Program Exit Strategy, Plan and Report" (12 Aug-5 Sep 2008) for CAFOD-UK for its Emergency Response Program.

□       Provided consultancy services (Oct 2005-Jan 2007) to Ministry of Population Welfare under DFID funding (contracted by DFID/Options-UK) for log-frame development of their Public & Private Sector Organizations (PPSOs) project aimed at collaboration in reproductive healthcare/family planning.

□       "Assessment of Trainings and Accreditation System of Regional Training Institutes (RTIs)" (May - Aug 2007) for the Ministry of Population Welfare under DFID funding and TAMA;

□       "Assessment of the Population Policy Implementation & Mechanism Framework" for Ministry of Population Welfare (Aug - Dec 2007) under DFID funding and TAMA contract.

□       Research Report on Field Assessment for the Identification of Gaps in the Enforcement of Child Related Protection Laws for UNICEF in 2005.

□       Research study that was conducted for a UNICEF sponsored project on "early childhood care & development", which covered 35 Villages in 12 Union Councils of rural Islamabad in Mar 2003.

□       Research study on Child Rights, Child Health and Early Child Development for Plan International in Jul 2005, in 50 Villages of District Mansehra that was much appreciated for its analytical results.

□       Research Study on Planning and Development under the Local Government System for NCHD (Apr-Jul 2007);

□       Research Study on Citizen Community Boards under the Local Government System for NCHD (Apr-Jul 2007);

□       Research Study on Local Government Monitoring Committees under the Local Government System for NCHD (Apr-Jul 2007).
